Beatles Signed Autograph Book 1968 ?

Currently up for sale at SAS in the UK.  According to the description the book was sent to the fan club for signing. It was returned post marked April 24th, 1968?  Original envelope and reply card included.  Signatures do not appear to be genuine. Any other thoughts?

Signed by someone at the Beatles Fan Club...fans would write in for autographs...they'd get this...or a photo signed "first names only" from an "autopen" machine...

These aren't even close.  "Don't appear to be genuine" is the understatement of the year.
