Beckett Authentication turnaround time

I submitted an autograph to Beckett for authentication. They received it on July 15th and charged my credit card for the service. It's now been 31 days with no change in status. This is my first time using their service. Does it normally take this long?

Cory latest update, I sent in a signed book purchased from a well regarded Author's Estate to JSA, they passed it, I sent for a quick opinion to PSA they passed it, I sent to Stephen Koschel, he is the best for Presidential and Kennedy items, he passed it, sent for quick opinion to Beckett and they said it was unlikely to pass. These are all opinions, but if I had just relied on Beckett I would be screwed.
