Bela Lugosi fountain pen ANS - opinions appreciated!

I'd be most grateful if members might share their thoughts on this small, slightly trimmed autograph album page.  It's in vintage fountain pen and I have no reason to believe that it's not real...but I could be proven wrong!

Looks good to me, but I'm not expert enough on Lugosi.

But as we both know the seller is absolutely trustworthy.  ;-)
