I'm not a Nirvana expert, but that looks like fake to me, allegedly Roger Epperson mentions it as Authentic...
What I don't believe ...

I don’t see any mention of an Epperson LOA. I see mention of online opinions, but the ones mentioned in listings are usually fake.

I agree with you

Ivo, Roger will verify his COAs but these photos are so small and degraded that it looks like the seller is trying to hide something. I’d avoid the piece.

Hi Steve,

I just wanted to clarify a few things regarding this item (the yellow signed piece of paper) . It was advertised in Rome, Italy on Ebay and I purchased it after checking with Roger that he thought it was OK. I then advertised it on Ebay and got a lot of interest but people were talking about C. O. A s so I sent it to Roger who has supplied a 'Real' C.O.A

I then relisted on Ebay only for Ebay to remove it after 5 days as' counterfeit'! I called them to complain and they said that Roger's 'Real' C. O. A s aren't listed on their list of known Authenticators which is quite frankly ludicrous considering the amount of fakes on Ebay!

It has now been accepted by a  number of major Auction houses in the  U. S  and I  will decide in the next few days where to send it.

This is the same seller that sold a Jim Morrison first name signature that didn’t look right to me. It sold for only $499.

Hi Ballroom,

I was aware of this item but hadn't looked at it. From what I could see this seller had a number of items that she wanted to sell from her small collection. Had she been knocking out dozens of forgeries one after the other then I wouldn't have touched the item. I constantly see items from Ebay sellers and major auction houses that I consider to be genuine and not genuine. All you can do is you're best and I consider Roger to be the best authenticator of rocknroll items in the world.

Thanks

I’m not that familiar with Kurt’s signature, but understand that it’s particularly tough to authenticate. Sometimes things can become more clear with additional examples from the same source. You might want to consider sending Roger the set that’s currently being offered by the same seller, especially considering the bargain prices and the fact that the one you purchased was removed by eBay.

I agree with you BallroomDays67

I don't get the connection personally. Whether one is ok and the other is not , like I said the seller isn't selling dozens. If you want to contact Roger about the other one  then feel free, it's not for me personally. You might not be familiar with their autographs but Roger Epperson is and he believes that the item is authentic. I dont think theres much more to say really but thanks for your input.

None of those nirvana graphs look to be authentic at all.

Here are the two signatures for comparison:
