I have a strong passion for anything signed by any of the original ghostbusters so please excuse this long post..
Could you guys post a picture when you receive the Bill Murray? I have this CD signed and even though I missed this by a few minutes, would have passed since I already have a related item. Its a decent deal for a real Murray autograph though.
Ive been waiting over 10 years to meet him again to complete another ghostbusters cast signed item. I stupidly sold my previous cast item before Ramis died because I didn't like the placement, thinking that ill see him again at some point around Chicago to get another complete (Aykroyd was on a mission with his bottle signings at the time and I seemed to be very lucky with Murray as well back then) anyways, ive mentioned it on this forum in a few other threads but the only time I ever sold anything. I listed the ghostbusters photo along with a bunch of sports autographs to pay for college.. if I had only known my debt would have eventually been forgivin.. lol. It seems like it was all for nothing now. Its one of the reasons I will never sell another item again. These items are too special to me and sometimes you don't realize it until they are gone.
Anyways, I listed everything on ebay on auction starting at $1.. the ghostbusters item sold for $80 it was the only time I've ever sold anything and I wanted to do it fast like ripping off a band-aid.. I outgrew sports autographs completely and just wanted them gone asap. I was young and stupid. Sold some Kobe and Jordan UDA items for a fraction of what they are worth now. The only reason I included the ghostbusters item was because Ramis was signed in such a dark area and it really bothered me.
Fast forward and my ghostbusters item ended up in the hands of a member here who seems to be inactive. The picture was posted in an old thread. I wish I never found it. It has lit a candle under me to get a cast signed photo completed again. I have many items of all 3 signed individually but none together. Theres 1 photo in my collection already signed by Ramis that I'd love to complete one day.
As for my Bill Murray cd I have signed, which relates to this post, I met him at Chicago Symphony Orchestra back in 2017 thinking I would finally be 1 giant step closer to getting my photo completed. Its another long story. He was not a happy person that night and there are articles about how he lost it and walked out on everyone. Some of it is false info though. Anyways, when he saw me pull out a ghostbuster item, he freaked out a little and called me a professional. Refused to sign but I was still lucky enough to get him to sign the cd.
So I just thought id put this out there for any Ghostbusters fans who visit this thread. Sorry for such a long post. I hope it doesn't seem like im rambling lol. Its just something I am extremely passionate about. I also think its an interesting part of what has molded me to be the collector I am today.
If anyone out there has info about a Bill Murray event or another Dan Aykroyd bottle signing, could you add me as a friend and DM me? I know its a long shot but worth a try.. at this point, I think the only way to get it done is with a bit of help and some luck

Thank you Jayceman for posting! I never thought to get Bill Murray in my collection. I also picked up a Tony Bennett/Diana Krall signed photo - I kept checking the site and was lucky, because suddenly one was back in stock (just the one piece otherwise I would have posted here).
@JasonH sad to hear about your Ghostbusters piece. I have had a similar experience. Now I'm afraid to sell any of my things.
I'll take and post a pic of the signed photo later.
