Ordered 1 CD.  Got 1 CD and zero booklets.  Hopefully the booklet ships next week.  This does feel like a CF like Erich said.

Yeah, same here, 4 CDs, and only 1 booklet, emailed and got the same "they will be shipped later response" hope they don't try to delay it long enough to make it out of the return date window.
