Ooof, rough mail day. Mine arrived opened and it looks like it was probably run through a letter machine or something. Shredded packaging and the booklet looks like someone crumpled it into a ball and then unfolded it. When they send these with CDs the CD can help reinforce it. Nothing reinforcing this thing.

I've written to the company.

Had an email back saying that not all the inserts have been sent yet but I'll be informed when they are. Just worried it seems very generic (AI)

My initial contact with them regarding a replacement booklet was AI (very good AI I might add) but eventually I was routed to a person. They told me they were waiting on even more booklets to come in.
