Bob Dylan Signed Hohner Harmonica. Authentic???

Here is a signed Hohner harmonica by Bob Dylan. Owner claimed that it was signed in person back in 2008. Guarantee that it will pass TPA or money back. I would like to have feedback or opinion from forum member on this Bob Dylan. Also will be getting a quick opinion from Epperson. Thanks.

Want to know you are getting real Dylan signed harmonica? A few years back he struvck a deal with Hohner and puts out authentic individually singed harmonicas, as well as sets of 5 or 10 signed harmonicas in different keys. The set may have gone for $5000 and I think the individuals for $1000. Find one of these and you know its real
