Bob Dylan Tempest pop up store products

I keep seeing these CDs on eBay that were allegedly signed by Bob  Dylan at pop up stores (usually in LA) when Tempest first came out. Has anyone else noticed the tell-tale dots of an auto-pen?

This one has been knocking around on eBay for a while, and it doesn’t look like any of the other examples I’ve seen from that event.  I’m not aware of Dylan ever using an autopen, but my issue with this signature is greater than that.  I’m not convinced it’s the real deal.

This one is fake -- been around for awhile now. The others I've seen are authentic not autopens.
