shipping is too high for me so hopefully it shows up in her U.S. store, not sure if they are posted but I did see she has a couple of signed posters there
Her US site links to her uk store. 18£ shipping to US for the posters unless im missing something. Ive wanted to add her for a while but shipping always kills it for me.
yeah I wanted the vinyl but $27 shipping on a $32 record was a deal-breaker for me
It´s not autographed by hand, its just a signed print! Therefore has no value as a collectible:
Print refers to the item being signed, not the signature itself.
Look closely at he publication.
It does not mention that the inlay is hand signed
There's a chance that the pre-print artwork is already pre-printed with her signature
Could you confirm if I'm wrong because the way it's being promoted it lends itself to confusion
"40th anniversary edition of Faster Than The Speed of Night on red vinyl, with artwork print signed by Bonnie Tyler.:
That flat out says it's signed by her. I guess there's always a possibility that you end up with a preprint, but she doesn't really have any history of such shenanigans that I'm aware of, nor is a preprint a common occurrence in a situation like this.
Mine's just arrived sealed and without a separate print, signed or otherwise! Has anyone else opened theirs to see if the signed print is included inside (or even to confirm the LP is red vinyl as listed, since it doesn't say this on the outside packaging)?
I just opened my sealed copy: yes, the LP is red vinyl, and yes, it includes a (nicely) signed print.
Good news - much appreciated!
As someone who does not collect musician-related material - i,e, vinyl, CD's - can anyone explain to me why (it seems to me) that new releases are increasingly being accompanied by signed "prints" (or postcards and other ephemera) instead of the actual albums or discs being autographed?
The former lend themselves so much more easily to autopen use, e.g. and since when. anyway, did being a musician or singer correspond to being a visual artist? I am being simply curious.
