If Jan Cogo, Bjarne and Rich all say it's not good, I think you can take that to the bank. Rich actively studies U2 and Bjarne has been an in-person collector in Europe for many years.

Bono signs wacky ones every once in a while, but I'm not seeing this as authentic any way I look at it. Even the sketch looks too slowly drawn.

I looked at the sellers music autographs and it looks like a mixed bag. Some good but also some horrible forgeries.
So I would pass on the Bono sketch.

Clearly done by the same hand for all 4 and they are nothing like what they should be

That's about as bad as it can possibly get. As SPB1988 said, the same person signed all four signatures, and none are anywhere close.
