Hey all - is this worth bidding on? How high would you go? It's certified, so seems to be real. Also, are these rare?

Ugly Bono signature -- not sure it's real.  Also, there are tons of items on eBay with fake PSA stickers. If the PSA number does not have a photo of the item when you look it up on their website, I wouldn't touch this.
