Well I never saw a signature like that, but the best thing is to ask Eric he is the Bowie Specialist.

I agree with everyone, poor attempt. Bowie stopped adding David in 1973 as his autograph requests went mad. He started writing Bo in 1976 with the odd exception (see the attached example he did for Debbie Harry and Chris Stein's copy of Low in 77)
