I ordered Rob Halford's from Waterstones to USA. It was actually better than the Premiere Collectibles version, the waterstones had a different hardcover like black around all the pages and he actually signed a page, rather than a bookplate.

I agree. I think Waterstones is a good source. I purchased a signed Pete Townshend book not long ago from them and had no issues.
