An interesting photo.

At first glance one would be very convinced that it's a genuine example. The R and U look very convincing. As does the Chinese character. The E on the end of Bruce is a bit shaky though.

The overall execution is a little stiff. Slowly drawn. The Chinese character although looks good is wrong. 

My thoughts are that this is both a fake and is more importantly a laser copy of sorts. The fake signature has been added/imposed later.  There are a lot of these on the market at the moment.

I would not recommend this. Purely decorative value.
