Authentic.  Unless your name is Jeff you should be able to find plenty of signed photos without an inscription as Bruce has been signing alot lately. There are 100s of unsold photos and LPs on eBay with sellers asking ridiculous prices. Some I've seen listed for several years now.  Guess they don't really want to sell them.
