I don't do Bruce at all, but this one looks like some kinda Native artwork from British Columbia. 

Sometimes I wonder if celebrities see the forgeries on ebay and say to themselves...

Even if you assume that Springsteen signed that album while riding a 4x4 without shocks through the Amazon Jungle, it is still a bad signature and ugly example to buy.

IF it is real (IF??), it wins out as WORST REAL BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN SIGNATURE that I have ever seen which up until now, was Bruce's signature on my 2003 The Rising Tour program in which he signed in Cleveland on October 2, 2004:
