I will check tomorrow the barcode, but I don't feel like taking the risk as it does say "in Deutschland/Österreich/Schweiz", So unless I'm sure, no reason to open. I can listen to the album on spotify and with his latest autograph, I don't mind either way.

Ok, also found on discogs, described as: "Limited edition in clear vinyl including signed insert."

It's inside the sealed sleeve. 

The "D/O/S" thing only means that in those countries it's exclusive to JPC. In other countries other stores may have offered them.
