Can anyone help identify this autograph??

This ball was signed at some point between 1996 and 2000, and signs point to a player or affiliate of the San Diego Padres. The ball is also signed by Tony Gwynn, Trevor Hoffman, Greg Vaughan, and Steve Finley, so I'm thinking between 1996 and 1998, but for the life of me I can't identify the last signature on the ball! Anybody have any ideas?
