Can anything be done about fake autograph sellers?

This guy has a fake charity selling tons of fake autographs making multi thousands of dollars I've seen his auctions for a long time, and on eBay. Can they be turned into the FBI or something I hate to see cons like this

Love it - all you have to do is look at the page to see the same handwriting (and same pen) again and again.

Yeah it's terrible he doesn't even try. I'd be curious if anyone in Detroit has heard of this "charity". I bet it doesn't do much charity work. I highly doubt he's ripping off people and doing something good with the money... Except for himself. Keep it in Detroit must mean his pocket in Detroit.
