Can someone appraise this Michael Jackson signature?

I’m talking to this guy on one of his Michael Jackson signatures and he doesn’t have a price in mind since he does not intend to sell the signature but he is open to offers. it was signed in 2009 right after the this is it tour announcement it even has “photo proof” however it was signed upside down and it’s not the highest quality photo

I would not buy it. It can never be any more than a C+ item at best
