Can't identify these autographs on Gran Turismo PS1

Can anybody identify any of these autographs on my signed copy of Gran Turismo for the original PlayStation? I've had this for a couple of years and after a ton of googling I couldn't come up with any matches

My first thought was that it had been signed by one of the artists who performed on the soundtrack (specifically Garbage, who contributed one track for both GT1 and GT2), but that didn't correspond to anything I saw online via cursory search.

If I had to guess, it's members of the dev team -- maybe the director, Kazunori Yamauchi?
