I recently purchased this Carrie Fisher signed photo. Is this real? Thank you for any help.

sorry but this looks fake to me

Thanks for your help Jelly.

Hello. Authenticity aside (I don't like it) I believe this photo is printed backwards - and appears a later copy from a copy as it is so over contrasted - the contrast is also very poor re the signature.

I agree, Eric. The photo is printed backwards.

Thanks so much Eric. I don't like the photo aesthetics either also but kept my fingers crossed on the signature. Too bad it's not real.

What is the return policy? I would avoid this just for the poor contrast and cheap photo.

Authenticity is guaranteed or your money back and the dealer is very professional. I'm more concerned that more items will not pass a 3rd party authentication service or experienced collectors such as yourself.

Speaking for myself, as a small seller and long time collector, I would never offer a third gen photo printed in the wrong colors backwards with a signature that is almost invisible to a customer. It is just not the quality I offer or collect. I would return.

I totally agree with you Eric. I overlooked the red flags. I've already contacted the dealer and will resolve the situation. Thanks again.

Most welcome Franklin :)

Franklin, I can't PM you even though I accepted your request. I dug this up for you - it might be useful :)

I don't know why you can't message me. That's strange. Let me try to message you.

And thanks for the archived message. Just by first glance it looks like a very fine read.  I really appreciate your help Eric.
