I have a few concerns about this one.  As much as I do not want to say it, I have to say that it is atypical.  It may still pass a TPA.

I figured that it may pass a TPA.  It has enough typical traits about it.  I just have a few concerns about it.  It sounds like you may have a few concerns as well.  If you trust the seller, rest easy, Devon.
