I was able to get him TTM in 2009 while he was in "You're Welcome America" on Broadway. Signed 2 photos and a playbill. Seemed so easy. Afterwards, I started to hear all the horror stories and couldn't believe it.

Needed Ferrell and I have a signed RHCP insert but Chad Smith's sig came out kinda poorly. So 2 birds, 1 stone.

Did it strike anyone else as odd that the cowbell signed by just Will cost twice as much as the one signed by Chad and Will?

I think it was the lack of any kind of logo, plus the inscription "MORE COWBELL!" that made it more expensive -- although I don't think it warrants the cost to be double.

Also, that specific punchline in the SNL sketch was performed by Christopher Walken, not Ferrell, which I found kind of odd. Fun piece, nonetheless.
