Charity Stars Italy. Reliable or not?

Hello,

is anybody familiar with the auction site Charity Stars?

I am looking at that and I see many autographs that seem to be fake, and the same for the COA's.

I would like to know your opinions and if it is considered reliable or not.

It's a website that allows charities to post whatever items they like.  If you are seeing charities posting forgeries, you may want to let them know.
