I opted to start a new thread on this, but if you missed the drama with the church selling a McCartney signed guitar that everyone on here agreed was fake, here's the link:

With that in mind:

So, once CharityGROW came under our scrutiny they removed all photos of signed items on their site. This week they just launched www.charitygrow.org . They're now hosting online auctions on behalf of charities. The have a few items posted now (McCartney/Starr, Springsteen, Aerosmith, Star Wars cast, Zeppelin, Obama, Ali, Mantle, & more).

Any thoughts on their current stock?

Their Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr guitar is not genuine. Neither is their Bruce Springsteen Guitar, Cream Guitar or Led Zeppelin record. So it's same garbage, just a new avenue.

Every single item is a bad fake. I have been in contact with a friend of mine who knows Taylor Swifts Management to alert them as they are usually quick to get fake items of hers removed.

Charity Fake strikes ago, even the layout is identical to Autograph Store.

I will never attend another charity or silent auction.  Ever!

CharityGROW is hitting another local non-profit, so I warned the non-profit - sent links, tried to explain. But, they're proceeding with the auction tomorrow. Oh well. I tried.

idiots.  why would you continue with the auction, and help pass the frauds on to someone unsuspecting.

FRAUDS?! Joe - these items have a hologram sticker on them. Why would they question anyone with a HOLOGRAM STICKER?! (this is mentality I was up against)

Who is the other non-profit?

They ( I think its actually just one woman) are called PAS Intervention. We went back & forth via email a few times. Very frustrating. The woman was obviously very flustered to hear all this 2 days before the event. I sent her the articles from the local paper. I don't think she read them. "Everything comes with a lifetime warranty and a hologram sticker", she says.

CharityGROW.org does list the names of the non-profits their currently working with. 2 have auctions going on now.

Overpriced Fake Junk

A common thread- No bidding

I noticed that, too.
