It's a small bookstore/record shop in London that has it along with Chaplin books and other memorabilia. All of it is from the estate of a Chaplin collector. They don't seem to usually deal in autographs. I just got a photo of the larger album page that these are affixed to:
Looks good to me and from that period. The Best Wishes is completely all Chaplin and the characteristics of the signature are intact enough for me to render the authentic opinion. Chaplin by this time was about to be forced in exile to Europe and wasn’t as popular as he was in the first half of the century so more authentic examples exist post 1952.
