It's not a banknote - it's some kind of financial document.  Che was president of the National Bank for a while, so he did sign a lot of documents. Photos of the entire document might help put it in perspective.

It certainly would not be autopen.  I'm not sure if he ever had any secretarials.  The problem with his signature is that it is so short and relatively simple. In looking at various examples of his signature I have noticed some specific nuance between the "h" and "e", which yours seems to have.

I have a banknote apparently signed by him above the printed signature, and I am also looking for a way to get a satisfactory authentication.

Take your photo larger and high resolution on a computer or tablet if you want the most reliable feedback, or download the image file instead of a screenshot.

But it looks clear to me from the photos you sent that the prior signature was erased, and "Che" was forged where that was. You can see the indentations and remains of original signature, the roughness of the paper, and how the green printing on the document in the signature area looks worn and faded compared to the rest of the document.

IMO the signature is not genuine.

I recently saw another document that had a very similar signature on it. It was a similarly simple document - a piece that makes it questionable from the outset whether Che would have signed such a thing himself. I would be careful!
I also talked to a reputable dealer and he told me that there were many of such simply documents available which are kown fakes.
