This appears to be an index card or similar that someone put in a matted piece with a Perez Steele card. The prev. owner believes it's not really but mostly because other similar framed items he's had weren't real from purchases.

It appears to be live ink in person and the pen makes markings into the card.

I know the camera kind of washes out the appearance but can anyone tell from the pic if it's live ink? Or are you familiar with this being an example of either a forgery or an autopen of the times?

Also this Cobb appears to be printed on the card, I am hoping someone could confirm my suspicion just so I don't accidently try and sell a real one for cheap.
