Hello, I have recently bought a Christopher Lee autograph. I am aware that he was reluctant to sign Hammer and esp. Dracula related items. What do think about this signature?

Any opinions on this? Thanks a lot in advance. Kind regards.

Looks good in my humble opinion.

I agree with KaiMi.  Looks pretty typical to me.

Looks good to me.

I have a question for those who have experience with Mr. Lee.  I've never actively sought him out but I am a fan of Hammer horror.  There are a TON of Christopher Lee signed photos on eBay and other sites as Dracula, from Lord Of The Rings, Bond, etc.  Most I have seen in black felt tip like here or white (don't recall seeing really anything in vintage ballpoint or fountain pen).   A large number of these come with TPA certs. or slabs from Beckett, PSA, etc.  Was he really this extremely prolific a signer?  I'm just curious as there seems to be so many available at any given time.

Etienne, These 2 items are from my exemplar files. They look good to me and are at least not sharpie. My ballpoint pen signatures are in a lockbox and not within reach. Hope these help in some way.

Thanks for posting these, David.  Great vintage exemplars .... and I'll keep them for my files.

Etienne, In the next few days I plan on getting to one of my lock box's at the bank to look for a first dibs buyer. If I run across my choice Lee pen signed ANS. I will send it to you.

Etienne, Not the one I was looking for….will keep looking.
