Looks like a pre print.  You can see the little markings on the card as part of the signature.

That's what I've feared. But chuck did pull it out of his back pocket and hand it to my son and gave him a high five and I got it all on video so it's worth keeping.

No florescence of the ink in the light and the generic inscription are good indicators, along with it being "presigned" in his pocket.
