Questions about Clemente/Mantle/Maris/DiMaggio/Mays ebay seller celebzdirect22

I've already brought him up, but celebzdirect22 needs more attention. So far the opinion on his pieces has been split. I've shown pictures and people have said some of them (a DiMaggio team signed ball) were good, and others (another DiMaggio and a Williams ball) were bad.

Here's a look at some of his new listings, particularly two major ones:

Mantle/Maris/Berra Yankees team signed ball. I'm no expert, but the Mantle seems good to me.

Clemente and Mays signed ball. The Mays auto seems off to me.

Damn, kind of regretting not buying his previous DiMaggio for $125.

the mantle is clubhouse, and there are some signatures on there that I do not recognize so it is really not a 1961 yankees team ball, although many of the 61 players are present.

That does resemble mays' older signature style but it is so faded it is difficult to see the letters.

the stargell is clubhouse, and the clemente is almost unrecognizable but probably authentic.

I'm not sure how to tell clubhouse from actually signed but the player, but the Mantle was very similar to this one when I was looking to see if its authentic:

most yankee team balls include a clubhouse mantle.  it is relatively rare to see a real Mantle on a team ball.

here is an example of a real Mantle on a '61 team ball:

Good to know. Thanks!

The Maris on the ball in question, is authentic.

Hi William. I know the '61 yankees team roster, and coaches by heart. It is the team I collect the most, and I have everyone on it, several times.  team ball, single signed balls, and 8x10 photos.

Under the Elston Howard, there are three signatures I am having trouble with.  I think the second is a clubhouse bobby richardson. who are the other two?

you mention Gordon. Joe Gordon?  there was no Gordon associated with the '61 yankees.

the rest of the signatures ARE '61 yankees. but I am stumped by the ones between Howard and Boyer, with the possible exception of Richardson, which is not authentic.

William, I am very familiar with Torgeson's signature, but I do not see it on that ball.  Where is it?

Hi Mike,

I'm going to change your title.  I'm removing "Either the newest seller of historical baseball autographs or a GIANT fraud".  We need to be really careful about calling people frauds.  I'll add the sellers name in the title and just put "questions about" instead.

Thanks.

Wascher.

I bought this baseball bat signed by Bob Feller from him....Let me know what you think...I`m pleased with it.  But I would like to hear others opinions.  Thanks

Thanks, Wascher.

Mike, everyone:

Members need to be careful not to say things that could negatively affect someone unfairly. It's also makes a member look bad when they blow things out of proportion. People don't pay much attention to members who do that as time goes on.

Thanks

I thought so!!!  LOL
