I am not familiar with this seller myself but as far as I am concerned if the COA does not have a name, address, phone contact it is not legit. Why would you claim to offer a COA and not have your details on it. I have attached one of mine as an example.
Obviously I can't speak for everybody on this forum but we all know COA's are just a piece of paper but at least they could produce contact information.
As for the autograph itself Ryan, I am not familiar with it but just wanted to let you know about the COA's.
I have never heard of this company or authenticator. In my opinion, he is not someone who is known throughout the hobby, and the certificate carries no weight.
I’m casually familiar with Tom Petty‘s autograph. I’m not particularly fond of the example shown here, but I’d wait for someone more familiar with Petty’s autograph to weigh in.
