COMPARING SIGNATURES , FAKES ECT,,

i WOULD TRULY LIKE TO KNOW HOW ONE CAN TELL A FAKE FROM AN ORIGINAL SIG, I HAVE THOUSANDS OF AUTOGRAPHS ,I HAVE CHECKED THEM OUT COMPARED THEM ON E BAY ,I CAN TELL YOU OVER MANY YEARS OF COLLECTING , I CAN NOT SEE ANY TWO SIGNATURES THE SAME FROM ANY ONE , NO ONE SIGNS THE SAME WAY TWICE "NO ONE"" NOT EVEN MYSELF . THE SO CALLED "EXPERTS" ARE THE REAL FAKES , YOUR ANSWERS PLEASE , VINCENT

I don't understand the attitudes of some of the people coming to this forum, I gotta tell you... this is an autograph site, set up by collectors, for collectors. If you ran into the press box at Yankee Stadium, and started pointing at all the writers and executives that they didn't know what they heck they were talking about, and then pointed at Brian Cashman and said "you're no EXPERT!!!" don't you think they'd all have the right be be upset, and think you're crazy?

I'm a newbie here relatively speaking. Found it a couple of months ago when I was sick and tired of finding some of my stuff was fake. Instead of getting all pissy with the people who were trying to help me, I got fed up with the forgers and scumbags out there, and started arming myself with knowledge, and to me there's no better place than this to learn.

I'd say a lot of these guys here ARE experts. They're collectors just like you and me, and have spent YEARS getting to know the autographs of the people they collect. And their opinions mean just as much to me as the TPA's, and in many cases even moreso. They might be giving their "opinions" on items, because as we all know, unless you saw it signed yourself, there's no 100% way to know for sure, but in the autograph world, that's just how it goes.

Basically, if someone let's you into their house to play and learn, don't go spitting in their face when you you disagree. Simple as that.

I've joked before that these types seem to be following the same playbook, but the reality is that we see the same patterns again and again. Those characters talk trash but usually come armed with absolutely nothing of any substance. And, fittingly, they never seem to be able to write at even a third or fourth grade level. Expect a lot of caps lock, wild punctuation misfires and run-on sentences, along with paragraphs of incoherent ranting. That stuff is always good for driving your point home and getting others to respect your opinion.

Well, this sure was a lively discussion. Sorry I missed it until now. And Rich, when you speak of a third or fourth grade writing level, you are correct my good man! Lol. Here are a couple of tips that might help some people: the past tense of the verb "to spell" is not "spelt"; it is "spelled"! And always keep in mind that "your" is a possessive adjective, which should not be used when you are trying to communicate "you are". The correct way to do that is simply to write "you are" or "you're". Unfortunately, Vincent would probably think I just saw myself as an English "expert".

Its the same people. It has to be they always try to same thing. Debunk everyone with ZERO proof. So everyone should listen to them and no one else. A lot of these dopes got ripped of or lied to by a family member and it hurts badly so they keep returning. Because their mommy or daddy made up a story about how they obtained an autograph they now are hell bent on anyone who point out their family where liars.

I love these topics because it PROVES we are making a difference. The fact people need to make topics like this PROVES the frauds are scrambling and trying to debunk people.

These topics are comical. Yes dont believe people who are correct most of the time who are right. I still have yet to see more than 2 times a person who has been shot down come back with a reputable COA and rub it in people faces. Nope we get these topics lol

And like above a bunch of stories but of course cant give names hahahaha who buys this garbage? They really thinks this works? LMAO
