It looks like one of those instances in which the person uses the previous year shortly after the new year? I've done that before. The Cox LOA is from 1/5/07.

I have seen mistakes on Perry LOAs and Franks too. Spelling mistakes etc. It is just human error. If you conta ct them, they will correct them.
