I wonder why the OP example is nowhere as smooth as the examples posted by Eric and Mark and VH?

I always wonder about Bowie signatures I see on eBay and other sites that have a date within the last 10 years of his life. I was in contact with the eBay seller Skyline Signatures about getting a Bowie piece signed and one of their guys said that he rarely attended functions and when he did he wouldn’t sign and he didn’t sign at his apartment, so I always wonder where these signatures were obtained.

As has already been mentioned in this thread the date of this isn’t a 2013 at all and is most likely an early 90s when he was signing a lot more often

Oh yeah, I know. I just meant that every so often I’ll see something on eBay that’s signed with a ‘15 or a ‘12, etc.. and I always wonder where it was obtained.

He nearly got me at one point. Thankfully I have you and Eric to take advice from! Anyway, it’s sold now. Someone got it and will believe it’s the real thing. Sadder thing is there’ll be hundreds more of these come up over the years and more people being duped out of their hard earned cash

This seller is BAD NEWS. Can't believe anyone thinks this stuff is genuine. Here is a David Gilmour being offered by this seller for.....wait for it.....$55. Need anymore convincing?
