In my opinion it is yes - wait for some others to chip in too. Eric and Michelle  know their Bowie's backwards. Here's one of mine in person from 95 - looks exactly the same.

Its very nice one and photo too. I saw a lot of examples from that year but I am not very good in veritification obliviously :-)
