Just go to Davidbowieautographs sale page and see what Andy has on offer. There is a 1980 SP there right now for 335 GBP and a nice 1985 signature for 295 GBP. Vintage pre 1980 is a very different animal.

Thanks

Here is mine. I purchased from Tracks for about $450 USD. These were going at $200 to $250 before he passed, I remember my sadness after he died and then realizing I waited too long to acquire his autograph. The prices went up from there.

I was really happy this one, as it isn't one of the atypical ones as Eric said. Definetly wouldn't say they aren't authentic, I just waited till I found one with more characteristics I felt comfortable with "eye appeal".

I haven't followed the Bowie market as much lately as I am sure Eric has. I was happy with knowing I had an authentic example that I could display later when I could. I think these will stay steady in the market based on the factors and even at paying $450 I felt it was still reasonably priced with room to appreciate, though I will never sell.

Lovely example Adam. I recall shortly after he died these were $149.99 from RecordMecca - I bought as many as I could. Several went to members at very fair prices - I made little but was happy to share as folks felt bad missing them. Then $174.99, then $199.99, $225 or $250. I don't recall where they ended up. I understand there were perhaps a few hundred signed but I'd check with Andy to be sure. I believe there is a blog or article...some mention of these sigs at Andy's davidbowieautograph site.

Hello again Patrick,

I did not mean to imply your was not "cool" - look at the one I chose for myself - hardly typical! :)
