I don't know if this is a photo of him.

Shawn Jackson was hardly a master forger. However he was very prolific back in the 90s/early 2000s and named in Operation Bullpen Phase II.  He was allegedly a midwest version of Greg Marino, but not nearly as skilled. There has been speculation that he was behind the infamous "PeachState" Neil Armstrong forgeries.

Why the inquiry?
