Seller says signed in 1999 at the Dylan Paul Simon tour and has said that it is genuine
Any other thoughts would be good

If you bought that Dylan I would quick opinion Roger Epperson for 15 bucks .

Well I ran it past Roger and he says not good in his opinion!!! So I asked for a refund which the seller obliged!! Thank you to everyone for there input !!!
