Dylan opinions on this!!

Can anyone help please I am
quite up on Dylan but I am stumped in this one could this be his hand writing?
I know he wrote and signed strange when he was into drugs this is signed on a copy of Tarantula if def not a Dylan does anyone know who this might be??
