Dylan Signature

Here is the link from ebay of the Dylan signature which anyone must agree looks identical to my first image this is why i have the confusion as i pointed out i purchased my signature from RR auctions with all authenticity certs including Rogers

so this plate is the mystery i was talking about can anyone shed light on this???
