Eagles Hotel California Autographed Test Pressing

The band signatures look spot on -- but can any Eagles expert out there tell who wrote the inscription?   And the words "Hotel California" if not the same person?  Thanks!

Looking at the loops in the Ls and the pen width, I'm guessing Frey.
