These are definitely not real. I would say more likely fake than secretarial given the half-decent inscriptions. I daresay someone had heard about Wiggins (i've not heard of him before) and used his name to give the autographs more credibility. 

Appreciate your reply.  Yes, if you Google Jim Wiggins autograph collection you can read about his massive collection which was sold by several reputable autograph dealers. I was thinking these examples were perhaps studio secretarially signed? She was very young at the time so is it possible her signature changed in this way over the years? Thanks again for your opinion.

Marilyn's signature was a lot simpler in her very early years. "In her 20s" could be anytime from 1946 to 1956 and her autrograph changed dramatically over that time. One thing I forgot to mention is that the second image you posted looks (to me at least) as if it is not particularly early and may even be from one of her last movies..
