Now check out this train wreck sold by Ebay seller 325_authentic for $355.00.

This is a laughable forged Mickey Mantle on a Budig baseball sold by Ebay seller 325_authentic for a stupid $355.00!!!

What a waste of $355.00!!!

When does an authentic Mickey Mantle autograph on a Budig baseball sell for $355.00!!!

When it's an obvious forgery!!!

If this was an authentic Mickey Mantle autograph on a Budig baseball, it would have sold for a lot more than $355.00!!!

The seller writes "This is a rare find."

There is nothing rare about a forged Mickey Mantle baseball; they are all over Ebay!!!

I know two dozen collectors, including myself, who would have bid much higher than $355.00; got it certed and maybe flipped it for a nice profit.

If authentic, this is at least a $1,000.00 baseball.

If the buyer of this submits it to Beckett (BAS), JSA or PSA, they will be in for a huge surprise.

Crap like this sells because Ebay is so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse buyers.

Ebay has been profiting from the sales of forgeries for over 20 years.

I will continue to expose garbage like this.

This is a rare find. I have obtained this baseball from an older gentleman that claims he got it at a show in Olathe Kansas in 1994 or 1995. Soon before Mickey Mantles death.

If Mantle was healthy enough to do shows in the less than a year that this ball was around before his death, authentic signatures on Budig balls would not be as rare as they are. I believe I have seen two authentic examples, everything thing else is fake, including this one.

I agree, Terrier.

Over the years, I have observed maybe two or three, but out-of-the-blue, this seller has one in their possession and it sells for a whopping $355.00.

Ebay is an enabler of this crap!!!
