The so-called COA is from Cube Signings (Who?).

This is the most ridiculous and laughable set of Chicago Bulls forgeries that I have ever seen.

Ebay is so heavily-populated with delusional autograph collectors and impulse, that selling forgeries on Ebay is easier than selling authentic autographs.

All they have to do is post a photo of a cheesy-looking COA and delusional autograph collectors fall hook, line and sinker.
