The worthless COA is from Stat Authentic (Ted Taylor & Jeff Stevens).

Stat Authentic/TTA (Ted Taylor) is deservedly on Ebay's Banned COA list so I am certain this will be removed soon.

This piece-of-crap set of 500 Homerun Club forgeries used to listed and sold on websites like AlwaysAtAuction.com, AtAuction.com, UBid and other major forgery outlets like local auctions, estate sales, charity auctions, etc.

Both Ted Taylor and Chris Morales used generic COAs when they "authenticated (cough, cough)" for AlwaysAtAuction/AAFES.

The people who buy this garbage have ZERO knowledge of autographs.  They purchase their forgeries cheap and then look to flip them on Ebay for a profit to Ebay wannabe autograph collectors.
