EBAY seller "hollywood-and-more" selling reprints featuring identical McCartney signature

Maybe this has been discussed before....but this seller has taken a single example of Paul's signature and are now applying it to a variety of items.  They indicate that the items are reprints.  But what is the process for doing this?
