It's 2019 and it's almost incomprehensible that people continue to purchase this-style forged Mickey Mantle baseball.

The below forged Mickey Mantle baseball was sold by Ebay seller mleafs27 for $245.45 (US Dollars).

For approximately $75.00 or more, you can find authentic Mickey Mantle autographed baseballs on Ebay.

But with Ebay heavily-populated with impulse buyers and delusional autograph collectors, selling forgeries on Ebay is actually easier than selling authentic autographs.

And Ebay doesn't care.  They have made a fortune from the sales of forgeries.
